Return & Refund Policy

At Egrocers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or damaged,
  • Is not as described, or
  • Does not meet acceptable quality.

Returns Process

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue.
  • Perishable goods (such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen items) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, except where faulty or damaged.
  • Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For replacement requests, Egrocers will arrange re-delivery of the product at no extra cost.
